We got it!

It looks like the house is ours. It's not 100% done, but we've come to an agreement on price plus they are throwing in the swing on the sun porch! Do we drive a hard bargain or what?

Time to get used to the taste of Anheuser-Busch products and Starbucks coffee, and that unmistakable Indiana aroma of fried food and cigarette smoke that permeates the air throughout the state.
In all seriousness, congrats! The house looks awesome. I'll be out for a visit shortly after ya'll arrive.
